Rob has now repaired and renovated all the sash windows in our house, and we are delighted with the result. He and his team were a delight to work with, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had new timber-framed double-glazed sashes put into existing frames, in four rooms in my small Victorian terraced house. The team were very easy to have in the house, took great care with all their work, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day - helpful in a small house. The house is warmer and quieter as a result. The windows are all in keeping with the Victorian house, which was very important to me, and work beautifully. HSWS did a very good job with what turned out to be more complicated than first thought, and I am extremely happy with the final result.
